Wonderland - Summer Showcase 2023 Form

Please fill this form out in full. We would like to know if your child will be participating in our annual Summer Showcase on Saturday 17th June as well as our rehearsal days. It is imperative that we know if your child is attending and on which days. We will have plenty of help and your children are in incredibly safe hands. It is a really brilliant experience for them and would encourage all students to take part! All classes and students are involved ( other than baby ballet due to age ). There is a show fee of £20 per child, we will be sourcing all costumes and production our end. Tickets will go on sale at a later date. Please read the following breakdown of rehearsal slots for our younger students and all students very carefully.

Rehearsal time slots for younger students in the following classes only:

Little Lumis 10am Saturday class

Pre Primary 4:30pm Wednesday class

Wednesday 7th June: 4:30pm drop off and 6:30pm pick up

Saturday 10th June: 10am drop off and 1:30pm pick up

Sunday 11th June: do not need to attend

Saturday 17th June: 10am drop off and 1:30pm pick up, drop them back off at 5:30pm to prepare for performance at 6:30pm

ALL OTHER CLASSES ARE EXPECTED TO ATTEND THE FULL REHEARSALS AS SHOWN ON FORM PLEASE

On Saturday 17th June all other students schedule of the day is:

10am drop off and 3pm pick up

Drop them back off at 5:30pm to prepare for performance at 6:30pm

My child/children can participate on the following days, Please confirm all the days you can attend, bare in mind it is imperative that all students attend a minumum of 2 of the 3 rehearsals. All 3 would be preferable for junior classes up to inters

Show Day Saturday 17th June 10am - 3pm. Performance 6:30pm arrival 5:30pm (St Andrews Church)

Rehearsal Wednesday 7th June 4:30pm - 6:45pm (St Pauls Church Hall)

Rehearsal Saturday 10th June 10am - 4pm (St Andrews Church)

Rehearsal Sunday 11th June 3:30pm - 5:30pm (St Andrews Church)

Unfortunately cannot attend any

Child's general clothing size in years/ age for top, bottoms, tights, dresses and shoes. Please add more detail if you feel we need to know

I confirm that my child will participate in the showcase and agree to give permission for professional photography of my child for marketing and sales purposes only
